    I’ve seen these on eBay

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182435946651

They run on the same frequency as Lightwave. Would they be compatible with work with the switches and app?

    Cheers.

    Short answer is no.

433MHz RF is just the frequency. There is then the message encoding / protocol which is used. Pretty much every manufacturer uses their own protocol and the LightwaveRF protocol is unique to LightwaveRF products.

The LightwaveRF link box can only send out LightwaveRF messages and cannot control any other type of device.

There are third party home automation systems which use 433MHz (e.g. using RFXCOM RFXtrx433E ) which support a number of device protocols including HomeEasy and Lightwaverf, but that means switching away from LightwaveRF link and Apps.
