I’ve been using this system to control my heating via the iphone app for a couple of years, sometimes its a bit “flakey”, and slow to acknowledge changes, but now it refusing to respond and the system is stuck, set for half a week normal home temperatures, and half a week low temperatures. Not helpful when I’m at home or away at different times to what its set for. The last update it is reporting is from 22 October. I’ve tried a few simple things like re powering the WiFi link, rebooting the router and using the brand new version of the iphone app. but nothing seems to re enable the communication or updates to/from the heating thermostat. Lighting switches and timers are all working OK. Anyone got any ideas ? Thanks.
