    Hi all,
I have a lightwaveRF light switch for my bathroom. I wanted to automatically bring the light on with a PIR.

I’ve paired the PIR to the switch, set the darkness level and set the PIR to turn off the switch after 1 minute.

This set up works great unless I turn the bathroom light off at the switch. In other words, if the PIR turns the light on, and then I turn the light off at the lightwaveRF switch then the PIR will no longer turn on the light??

Is that how the PIR is meant to work?? I can’t understand it working that way but wanted to check before I report a fault?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Cheers :)

    It’s Ok, I’ve sorted it.

It’s just that the PIR needs the full 1 min (regardless of whether it’s off/on) before it will react again.

It’s all working great now. Thanks
